Man arrested in connection with June triple shooting near Park Hill neighborhood
An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with a triple shooting that occurred near Louisville’s Park Hill and California neighborhoods in June, court records show.
Isiah Settles was booked in Louisville Metro Department of Corrections July 31 and charged with assault and criminal mischief, according to the court records.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson John Bradley previously said Second Division officers responded to the 1600 block of W. Oak Street at around 12:20 a.m. June 6. When officers arrived, they found a man and two teenagers suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victims were taken to UofL Hospital for treatment, and they all survived.
According to court records, Settles and another co-defendant, who is a minor, both shot at the victims with handguns.
Settles is set to appear in court Aug. 1 for his arraignment, according to the court records.
