DWI wreck victim’s parents join TxDOT in warning of drunk driving dangers

Marcus and Nicole Nalepa of League City turned their grief over their eight year old daughter Kelsey’s death in a 2017 drunk driving wreck into something positive. They teamed up with the Texas Department of Transportation to bring awareness to the dangers of driving drunk. On Thursday, TxDOT brought its “Drive Sober. No Regrets” exhibit to a Houston mall, and the Nalepas were there too to share their story as well.
